Build your Business – with Lego Serious Play

Building a business model” – business model modeling with Lego® Serious Play® Thomas Melchinger is convinced: “With playful methods you can reach your goal faster, better and more creatively. As an organizational developer, he uses games and experience-oriented methods to activate subconscious competencies in each individual. In his lecture “Business Modelling with the LEGO® Serious Play® Method” he demonstrated how colorful LEGO® bricks can help to develop or test a business model.

This was definitely a fun way to get inspired – Time limit, dream a dream, think of your business, build a tower – and STOP before you have too much time to think. It’s amazing what comes to light. Your story and that of all your fellow attendees. It could be just that one small step you needed!

The “Herrenberger Gründungsmeeting” takes place on the last Tuesday of the month.
