Building a business model” – business model modeling with Lego® Serious Play® Thomas Melchinger is convinced: “With playful methods you can reach your goal faster, better and more creatively. As an organizational developer, he uses games and experience-oriented methods to activate subconscious competencies in each individual. In his lecture “Business Modelling with the LEGO® Serious Play® Method” he demonstrated how colorful LEGO® bricks can help to develop or test a business model.
